This page is the brainchild of my efforts to find reputable effective products to help my patients achieve their
weight loss goals. Several years ago I became frustrated with the fact that there are a lot of
really pretty decent weight loss plans but not very many people who actually lose weight succesfully. As
a nation we continue to get fatter and fatter and fatter. It occurred to me that succesfull weight loss
isn't really determined by people not know want to do but by being unable to do what they know they should do to
lose weight. So I began to look for ways to help people do what they already know they should do to lose
weight.
I began to research hypnosis and Recently I did some research to answer the question "Does Hypnosis For Weight
Loss really Work"? To Make a long story short, I found that it can work very well. To Read more about the science
behind hypnosis click here. Hopefully I can save you
some time and money and assist you as in your search for a good hypnosis for weight loss product. As you may know
there are dozens of programs available online. Some are great, and some stink. Unfortunately it's hard to know
which is which without pulling out your wallet and actually forking over some loot. Frankly, knowing what to buy
can be a bit daunting. I have purchased and reviewed the programs that you will find on the first page of google
plus a couple of others. I have attempted to give my honest opinion of which one/ones are the best without hype,
one consumer to another.

I set out to evaluate these programs based on:
Cost/Value: More important than the actual dollar cost of the program, what is the real
value.
Customer Service: Do they honor their promises?
Effectiveness: Does the system work?
Ease of use: Is the program easy to use and does it inspire you to want to actually listen
to it.
Bonuses: Everyone who sells stuff online gives you something free to sweeten the pot.
If you are going to get something for free, you might as well get all you can.
When all was said and done there were a couple of clear standout programs and some of my catagories kind of
became non factors. Let me tell you why.
Cost
The cost of these programs ranged from around $35.00 to around $150.00. Some of the programs were so much better
than the others though, that even though the price was higher the value outweighed the price difference. A
$47.00 dollar program is worthless if you can't stand listening to it. The process ended up being more than
just what was said on the script. The value really became a factor of the whole expereince I had with each
company. In additon to the product itself, I found the website experience and ongoing communication and
support from the company all made a difference.
Customer Service
All of the companies did an outstanding job on customer service. The programs all either shipped promptly or
downloaded with no problems whatsoever. Refunds were handled promptly with no hassels.
Effectiveness
The effectiveness of the programs was tougher to gauge, primarily because I had several. But they did
work. I felt my behavior change almost immediately. They all seemed to be fairly consistent in their approach. They
start with an induction phase where you proceed through a guided relaxation progress and progress to a
suggestion/visualization phase where you retrain your thought processes. There were some definite differences that
stood out.
I found that were huge differences in the hypnotherapists voices. Some were really easy and nice to listen to
and some were downright horrible. Think Earl Nightengale (the mercedes of voices)on one hand and Steve Irkel
(tortured cat) on the other. Yikes! (If you dont know who those two are then that really dates me!)
All in all I felt like the actual presentation was the most important factor. Some of the programs I just didn't
want to listen to after hearing them once. I find when I purchase something, if two products are more or less
equal in effectiveness, I generally prefer to buy from the person or company I like more. As I did this
analysis of hypnotism weight loss products I found myself simply liking one company over the others. It's
kind of hard to pinpoint why. Maybe it was their website or maybe just the whole persona of the presentor
inspired more confidence but I definitely was drawn more to one presentor that the others. To find out which
one click here.
Ease of Use
Another factor that you may want to consider is the actual media of the program. Some were CD based and some
were MP3 downloads. I prefer a CD versus a download that had to be transfered to a mp3 player. For me the CD was a
tangible reminder to use it. I know this is a personal preference issue so maybe it doesn't really matter, but it's
worth thinking about. Downloads have the advantage of being instantly available but I find that downloads for me,
end up lost in the hard drive and don't get used much. That may just be me though. Several of the programs offered
either CD or download for slightly different price points. Some programs were great. Others I really didn't
like. To check out our results click below.
